Now who am I to post a link for the 10 best CSS resources on the web, when even my own blog is sitting on a borrowed template on a free blog hosting website?

Well, I just happen to have a keen interest on it, of course. And (tsk, I've said this probably a thousand times over) this site is going to undergo a major overhaul. I've scheduled that for September. I really hope to get it done this time. And I really intend to use these sites as reference. I tell you, they are really good.
